Ms Li or myself would have contacted you by the end of today. You should have received two documents via email from us.
- Letter to parents regarding H1N1 (for your parents to read, need not print out)
- Travel declaration form (
print out, get your
parent/guardian to sign, to be
submitted on the 1st day of term 3, 29th June 2009)

**If you are not able to come to school on the 1st day, please mail the travel declaration form to

Please write down "Travel declaration form, Class 111, and your full name" on the bottom right hand side of the envelope.
On the first day of school:
- If you are not feeling well or have returned from the H1N1 affected countries after 22 June, DO NOT COME TO SCHOOL (You will be informed when you can report back to school)
- Report to TC Home room for temperature taking (Please come around 7am)
- Submit travel declaration form
- Please make sure you are dress appropriately. Hair, uniform should be neat and proper.
You will recieve a new timetable for term 3. I will post the subjects that you will be having on monday when I get the information.
